Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our team of loan originators. This role combines sales leadership with deep knowledge of the mortgage industry to ensure team performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Leadership & Management: - Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of mortgage loan originators (MLOs). - Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and support to drive individual and team sales goals. - Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on integrity, customer service, and results. - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute strategies to increase loan volume and market share. - Set and monitor team sales targets, KPIs, and productivity metrics. - Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and strengthen brand presence. - Compliance & Process Oversight: - Ensure all loan originators adhere to company policies, lending regulations, and compliance standards. - Work closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure a smooth loan process. - Stay updated on industry trends, loan products, and regulatory changes. - Client Relationship Management: - Support originators in building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and referral partners. - Resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure a positive borrower experience.
