About this role The Manager, AI & Analytics will lead a team of intermediate to experienced Data Science & Analytics professionals, setting objectives. Manages industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts. - Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals. - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML models. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions. - Ensure best practices in AI development, data governance, and model monitoring. - Stay updated with AI trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements. - Manage AI project roadmaps, budgets, and timelines. - Communicate AI insights and solutions to stakeholders and executives. - Manages the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture. - Manages the development of standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of business intelligence tools and systems. - Defines and executes useful analyses to solve problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user. - Creates testing methodologies and criteria. Develops data/information quality metrics. - Researches new technologies and develops business cases to support their use. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - 3 + years of experience in AI/ ML development Preferred Qualifications - Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience - Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area. - Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
