Role Overview We’re looking for a highly proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur with both professional and personal tasks. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities, from calendar and email management to supporting ongoing projects. A key aspect of the role is helping improve efficiency through the use of AI tools and systems. Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate a busy calendar, including meetings, travel, and events - Support email management, prioritization, and organization - Provide administrative support to the executive and team as needed - Support light marketing-related tasks for an additional business venture - Research and implement tools (including AI solutions) to improve productivity - Help organize systems and processes to streamline daily tasks - Handle occasional personal tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive/Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing calendars, emails, and travel logistics
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
