• Drive Visibility & Distribution Own your region identify key venues, decision-makers, and opportunities to expand Au Vodka’s presence • Ensure strong product visibility, menu listings, and rate of sale across accounts • Execute activations, POS placements, and creative in-venue strategies • Develop and manage long-term relationships with venue owners, managers, and buyers • Position yourself as a trusted partner—offering insights, ideas, and solutions to drive mutual growth • Negotiate effectively to secure placements and maximise commercial return • Work towards clear sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives • Track performance, report insights, and continuously look for ways to improve results • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution • Represent Au Vodka in-market across both day and night • Deliver brand education, product knowledge, and category insights to accounts • Identify trends, opportunities, and cultural shifts within your region
• Manage and develop long-term relationships with designated key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact. • Drive account growth through strategic planning, joint business plans, and aligning customer objectives with company goals. • Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and prepare regular business reviews for internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to maximise the customer potential and deliver gold service. • Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, and promotional activities to maximise profitability and volume. • Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts. • Resolve any account-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the Independent Free Trade channel.
