This role serves as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with both clinical and non-clinical leaders in a highly collaborative environment to translate strategic business needs into scalable system solutions that enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and overall operational performance. As a key contributor within a supportive and team-oriented culture, the Senior ERP Analyst works alongside cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment, consistency, and shared success across the organization. The role also champions system standardization, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a well-coordinated, efficient, and forward-thinking operational landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead the analysis of complex business processes and translate strategic and operational requirements into ERP system design, configuration, and enhancements aligned with organizational standards. Oversee the maintenance and advanced support of ERP modules, including resolving escalated system issues, coordinating system upgrades, and ensuring system stability and performance. Design and validate complex reports, dashboards, and data integrations to support financial, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and IT teams to plan, test, and implement system changes, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and minimal operational disruption. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, governance standards, and best practices to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer. Lead system optimization initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and provide advanced end-user training to improve system adoption, accuracy, and efficiency. QualificationsLicenses and Certifications Required: Relevant ERP certification (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP) Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience Requirements: 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, finance, accounting, or supply chain operations Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale system enhancements Special Skills or Training Requirements: Advanced project leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong expertise in ERP system configuration, integrations, and data management Advanced data analysis, reporting, and financial systems knowledge Experience mentoring or leading analysts or project teams Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements preferred Supply chain and financial systems experience strongly preferred Physical Requirements: The Senior ERP Analyst primarily works in a sedentary office or remote environment, requiring prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer and standard office equipment. The Senior ERP Analyst must adhere to organizational policies related to data security, confidentiality, and information system governance while supporting a high-demand, fast-paced operational environment.

• Provide white glove level of support to business stakeholders in managing and completing Third Party Risk Management activities such as risk questionnaires, performance assessments and exit strategies. • Review contract details to determine the type of service provided by the vendor and determine if it is in scope for TPRM review. • Conduct touchpoints and close out calls with business stakeholders to address open items such as control gaps identified during the due diligence assessment. • Guide users through the end-to-end TPRM process from vendor onboarding to vendor off boarding. • Adjust to new/updated processes to adhere to changes in the regulatory environment. • Assist in maintaining operational procedures for TPRM processes. • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including third party providers, business units, Legal, Compliance and other teams. • Lead process improvement activities, participating in TPRM special projects and other assessment related activities.

• Investigates and analyzes credit card fraud dispute cases to mitigate financial losses and protect the Bank from fraudulent activity. • Reviews and assesses credit card application risk indicators, correlating fraud-related flags to identify potential application fraud and emerging patterns. • Conducts in-depth research on complex cases, including merchant activity and suspicious transaction behavior. • Maintains comprehensive and well-documented case records, ensuring research finding and investigative conclusions are clearly articulated and supported. • Communicates fraud analysis, investigative findings, and case determinations through digital channels and collaborative team discussions. • Manages daily workflow by processing assigned queues, reports, and case tasks in a timely and accurate manner. • Provides research support and account action recommendations, including potential account revocation, to front-line fraud prevention teams. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators and execute root cause analysis utilizing TM operating systems • Provide all support function activity including accuracy and timeliness of data processing, reporting analysis, and all other customer specific inquiries • Interact with clients in resolving problems and coordinating implementations • Cohesively work with internal SME(s) to resolve problems and/or support implementations • Process and distribute weekly and monthly customer metrics and develop customer performance reports • Prepare various reports as required or any support document needed as well as updating SCLM and SCMP • Initiates continuous process improvement activities and monitors results • Responsible to measure the transportation networks cost and service performance as well as analyze, implement, and develop improvement initiatives in support of the Account Executive • Coordinate the activities of TM procurement to achieve best cost/service solution network • Responsible for preparation in support of client quarterly and monthly account reviews • Evaluate, quantify and present opportunities for continuous improvement at assigned accounts
