Job Title Enterprise Strategic Contract Leader Job Description The Enterprise Strategic Contract Leader will improve contracting with group purchasing organizations and strategic health systems by drafting and negotiating contracts, developing contracting strategies, improving contracting policies, procedures, and templates, and advising and training cross-functional teams on contracting strategy and execution. Your role: - Improve contracting with our largest customers by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with the largest group purchasing organizations and strategic health systems. - Collaborate with contracting, legal, finance, business unit, and other cross-functional teams on contracting terms, structure, and strategy. - Develop contract strategies with cross-functional teams to execute on contracting priorities. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy contract policies, procedures, and templates. - Advise and coordinate with senior and executive leadership on contract strategy. Work independently with limited oversight and will need to effectively collaborate with leadership teams. You're the right fit if: - You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts, preferably with group purchasing organizations. - Your skills include contract drafting and negotiation, business and commercial acumen, contract lifecycle management, contracting processes, contracting strategy, continuous improvement. - You have a juris doctorate degree. - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position. - You can keep calm in chaos, seek out and drive improvement/change with limited instruction, operate effectively with limited oversight, work collaboratively to creatively solve problems, and effectively balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $117,000 to $186,000 The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $123,000 to $195,000 The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $131,000 to $208,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
