• Design and implement global MDF metrics and provide analysis in accordance with marketing MDF guidelines and corporate marketing goals • Oversee the global MDF budget, including allocation, forecasting, and tracking "proof of execution" (POE) to ensure high utilization rates • Act as the primary point of contact for regional and global channel managers to educate them on program metrics • Develop and monitor KPIs and ROI models for partner-led activities • Work with Operations and Finance to streamline the claim-to-pay process through E2Open tool • Provide analysis and automate reporting and self-serve capabilities for Marketing MDF dashboards • Partner with Regional Marketing, Channel Sales, Marketing Ops and Legal to ensure nuances are reflected in the global strategy, metrics and reporting

Job Purpose The Program Manager – Project Management is responsible for leading and overseeing complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. The Program Manager – Project Management develops and manages detailed project plans, aligns resources, and partners with stakeholders to drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and achieve organizational objectives. The Program Manager – Project Management also serves as a key point of communication and escalation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards while guiding teams and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities - Create detailed project plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully implement a project. Initiatives may include new client onboarding and optimization projects that may not have a defined project plan already established. - Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to the activities. - Oversee and manage large programs, often managing multiple related projects across different departments and coordinating with multiple Project Managers to achieve larger organizational goals - Host discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture current state and make recommendations on future state process improvements - Work effectively to set goals, identify problems, and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment - Proactively communicate and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders by facilitating weekly calls, recording detailed meeting minutes, identifying next steps in the process, and diligently follows-up on all open activities until project completion - Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards - Manage deliverables according to project timelines. Vocal is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will play an integral part in managing systems for our Vocal's platform. They will be responsible for making sure our systems are operational, optimized, and organized such that we can provide a seamless experience to users, and meaningful data for our clients. This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension.
