Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. Compensation for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. Schedule will be rotating: 1st week Saturday and Sunday off, following week Tuesday and Friday off. What your day-to-day will look like: - Assign work activities and monitor group activities - Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements - Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies - Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs - Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation - Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance\ At a minimum, you’ll need: - 2 years of experience in a supervisory role - 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation Experience with Microsoft Office It’d be great if you also have: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong math skills and solid analytical ability - Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills This job requires the ability to: - Lift up to 50 lbs. SUMMARY The Account Services Specialist I is integral to our transfer agency operations, focusing on the creation of new accounts, execution of financial transactions, and meticulous record-keeping for our mutual fund clients. Additionally, this role entails minimal direct client interaction but requires substantial collaboration with internal team members. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Accurately inputs customer data from applications to set up new accounts. - Manages basic financial operations including redemptions, purchases, exchanges, TIK’s, and account rebalancing. - Executes retirement plan account transactions in line with IRS standards. - Begins incoming transfers by dispatching required documents to the custodian. - Tracks transfer statuses and ensures follow-up until completion. - Oversees shareholder account updates and manages returned mail. - Coordinates with broker-dealers or clients to gather missing account information and seek necessary clarifications. - Connects accounts for rights of accumulation or plans accounts and processes letters of intent. - Accurately prepares and reconciles check deposits. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS - Engages with clients as necessary for general information, issue resolution, inquiries, or reporting needs. - Maintains daily communication with team members and related departments for inquiry follow-ups and workflow management. May perform other duties as required and assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in client services or a related field. - Background in the financial services industry. - Series 6 license is an asset. About the role The Real Time Operations Specialist is part of the Workforce Management department, working closely with the USA and Canada Service Delivery teams, and is responsible for monitoring, communicating, and making changes that positively affect the real-time performance of our team members.
