The Role We are looking for a structured and proactive Technical Program Manager to run the PoC program for our Solutions Architects (SA). Nebius SA's partner with customers to design and validate AI/ML solutions on our GPU cloud; your mission is to make Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects predictable and repeatable by turning ideas into well‑organized, well‑documented projects delivered on time and with clear outcomes. As we scale across clients and geographies, you will bring order to the PoC lifecycle: maintain clear PoC statuses and ticket hygiene, drive Jira workflows and automation, and keep execution plans and Confluence pages current, so senior architects can stay focused on solving complex customer problems. Beyond day‑to‑day program operations, you’ll also lead architect‑adjacent initiatives and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams when needed for PoCs. You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States. Your responsibilities will include: - Own the overall coordination of the PoC program, keeping execution plans up-to-date, ensuring accurate status reporting and visibility for leadership. - Streamline workflows by managing Jira automation and maintaining consistent documentation. - Act as a trusted execution partner for Solutions Architects: help organize and follow through on initiatives so architects can focus on customer-facing work. - Support cross-team alignment by coordinating with Product, Sales, and Support stakeholders when PoC projects require it. - Identify and implement improvements in how PoCs are managed, creating repeatable patterns and reducing overhead for the team. - Lead additional initiatives related to the architects’ work (e.g. workshops, partner activities, training sessions) as part of the broader PoC program. Follow the established escalation chart in the event of an emergency. - Ensure training and competency of all team members with respect to risk management, health and safety, and emergency procedures. - Be accountable for risk assessment and implementation of Tims Camps safety standards/protocols/procedures. - Ensure staff and participants are following proper safety standards and or guidelines that apply to work in a school/community setting. - Complete emergency response training and ensure clear understanding of assigned responsibilities while working on location/site. - Ensure communication, registration, and all applicable paperwork is collected and complete for programming. - Complete all necessary documentation in Salesforce. Ensure all Tims Camps Salesforce practices are - Ensure program equipment is ready and available for safe use. Team Leadership & Development - Provide positive and constructive feedback and ongoing facilitation coaching and support to staff. - Support the delivery of staff training and the recruitment process as assigned. - Assist with the supervision and evaluation of staff.
