Job Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and GTM tools, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience designing quotas, compensation plans, and territory models
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle including pipeline, retention, and expansion

Responsible for motivating staff to achieve the highest levels to meet organizational goals for customer service, operational and financial performance. Reports directly to the Revenue Cycle Director. The Manager is responsible for managing performance, which encompasses operational performance, financial performance, and cost efficiency. The manager is a critical member of HMS’ domestic leadership team, who is expected to design and execute on strategic priorities, in addition to managing day-to-day revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate is dynamic and has the ability to quickly implement special projects and initiatives.
