Senior Data Analyst, Medical Analytics

• Collaborate with the technical operations team and the sales team to support customer implementations. • Translate customer analytics requirements into product implementation plans. • Provide clear requirements to the product team based on customer needs. • Ensure that all implementation milestones are met as agreed upon with the customer. • Lead efforts to develop, communicate and manage customer goal specific analytics implementation project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for new and existing implementations • Provide regular insights to senior management on Analytics trends, Customer feedback, and growth opportunities • Contribute to develop and execute strategies for long-term Customer satisfaction and retention • Develop and implement best practices for targeting customer analytic goals and measures of success • Gather and act on Customer feedback to enhance analytic features including dashboards and reports • Scoping, prototyping of analytic elements within the Medical Suite with Product aligned to core use cases and customer need • Standardization of visualizations available to serve Medical Solutions (Dashboards) • Future planning to meet customer need in line with evolution of Sorcero Analytics capabilities and technology partnerships in the Business Analytics space • Identifying and developing new opportunities to expand our analytic capability in AI solutions in life sciences companies • Conduct technical discovery sessions and create detailed proposals aligning our AI capabilities with Customer needs • Serve as Analytics Capabilities Evangelist SME on calls with prospects in Customer meetings, articulating our value proposition • Support Solutions Engineering in developing custom demos for prospects and data extracts for solutioning

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a significant focus on data mapping, data transformation, and schema management.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Life Sciences and Healthcare data.
  • Proven experience in reviewing and understanding complex datasets from various sources.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and profiling.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language for data analysis and automation (e.g., Python with libraries like Pandas).
  • Solid understanding of different data structures, formats (e.g., JSON, CSV, XML), and database schemas (relational, non-relational).
  • Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and AI data needs into technical data mapping specifications.
  • Must be located within the US.
