Role Description We are seeking a Strategic Retail Planner to drive revenue growth across wholesale retail channels through best-in-class demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Demand Forecasting: Build and maintain accurate forecasts across wholesale channels using historical data, trends, and launch plans - Inventory Planning: Optimize inventory levels to ensure strong in-stock rates while minimizing excess and stockouts - Retail Performance: Monitor sell-through, WOS, and account performance; provide actionable insights to drive growth - Product Launches: Plan and support inventory for new launches, ensuring alignment with demand and retail needs - Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align forecasts, inventory, and revenue goals - Reporting & Insights: Track key metrics and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to improve performance Qualifications - 4–7+ years of experience in retail planning, demand planning, or inventory management - Strong experience in wholesale and/or omni-channel environments (DTC + retail) - Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools or ERP systems preferred - Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and inventory optimization - Understanding of retail metrics: sell-through, WOS, GM%, inventory turns - Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods strongly preferred What Success Looks Like - High forecast accuracy and improved planning reliability - Strong in-stock rates across key wholesale accounts - Successful execution of product launches with minimal inventory risk - Improved sell-through and reduced excess inventory - Clear, data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams
