Inductive Automation
• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across company-wide operations • Ensure strategy translates into disciplined execution in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment • Responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving the company’s operational engine • Focus on removing operational friction, aligning priorities across departments, and enabling efficient scaling of the organization • Serve as a key cross-functional integrator and execution partner to the Executive team
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, program management, or related roles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a scaling organization
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to design processes that work in practice
- Exceptional executive communication skills—clear, direct, and outcome-focused
- Track record of holding teams accountable while building strong relationships.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services organizations
- Prior experience reporting to or working closely with a COO or executive leadership team
- Experience building or leading a PMO or company-wide operating cadence.
