End to end Saturation Support Assistant

Role Description - Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings, including Detection, Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization. - Identify and detect saturation listings across multiple e-commerce and online platforms. - Conduct thorough cleansing and investigation of detected listings to determine whether they are counterfeit or legitimate, in accordance with established guidelines. - Accurately categorize each listing and ensure all relevant information is properly documented and reported to the client. - Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client regarding findings, updates, and clarifications. - Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and completed within the required timeline. - Perform Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization tasks efficiently using the Unified View system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion. Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience as a Content Moderator. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Experience in back-office / data entry work. - Experience in repetitive work. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of databases. Requirements - Must be capable of performing Detection, Cleansing, and Investigation tasks. - Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
