The Role + Purpose: J.Crew Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Human Resources Leadership Team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the VP, HR Business Partner (J.Crew & Shared Services) and the VP, Talent Management & HR Innovation ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a highly organized, professional experience for internal teams and external partners. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, handle travel and expense logistics, and act as a central point of contact for HR-related activities.
