Activités spécifiques : - Assure veille et analyse des politiques publiques en lien avec la Protection de l’enfance (Stratégie pauvreté, Prévention et protection de l’enfance, Violences faites aux enfants, …). - Contribue à leur prise en compte organisationnelle et opérationnelle au sein de la DGA-SP et auprès des partenaires (conseil technique). - Représente le Conseil départemental dans le champ de la Protection de l’enfance. - Participe à des missions ponctuelles en fonction des nécessités de service (appui technique, expertise, …). - Participe à l’élaboration du rapport annuel d’activité. Summary of key functions/accountabilities: The consultant will work and collaborate with Social Policy Specialist and Public Finance for Children (PF4C) international consultant team (will be recruited separately).
