Role Description We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Functional Analyst - CE Field Service who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll serve as a functional leader and domain expert—driving complex initiatives, mentoring analysts, and shaping solution design while partnering closely with Product Owners and IT leadership. Core Work Responsibilities - Provide Dynamics 365 CE Field Service expertise to product team, driving decisions to use Base CE Field Service vs. customization, considering scale and maintainability. - Including extensive customized functionality. - Extensive experience supporting client CE Field Service processes from the roles of Technician, Dispatcher, and Administrator. - Translate client requirements for Field Service domain into well-organized and detailed functional requirements documents. - Understand how to leverage the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). - Provide functional leadership for Field Service Mobile, including offline-first scenarios, data sync, and user experience considerations. - Facilitate conversations around security, permissions, and role-based setups. - Collaborate closely with areas outside of Field Service including Functional Coordinator, internal developers, integration and testing teams, and client stakeholders across multiple workstreams. - Identify gaps in requirements for further development to ensure best user experience, accuracy of information, and capture of data at all levels. - UAT execution during and after sprint completion. - Provide support to Product Teams during UAT test script execution. - Process each test to ensure effective functioning of application. - Review and provide feedback for created bugs against functions that do not meet requirements. - Assist in issue resolution during deployments and after go live support (i.e., tickets raised that go into ADO items). - Participate in all meetings, be available as needed, and participate as a trusted member of the team. - Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service in all modes (CE Field Service Web and CE Field Service Mobile App). - Intimate experience using various Technician Handheld devices. - Proven experience delivering large, complex, enterprise implementations. - Hands-on experience with integrations, mobile/offline capabilities, and Power Platform. - Ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, high-visibility client environments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - 8+ years of relevant CE Field Service experience. - Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience. Requirements - Master’s degree.
