This role will support the end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) process for Treasury's products and services. Responsible for completing compelling, client-focused RFP and proposal responses that align with Fulton's strategic objectives and support business growth. Use strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services to enable the successful completion of customer agreements. Some travel required. Responsibilities - Identify and source RFP opportunities that are aligned with business growth goals. - Manage RFP activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. - Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation, Strategy, IT Security, Marketing etc.) to develop winning responses. - Transform complex information into persuasive written content, clearly articulating value proposition and differentiation. - Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance. - Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other projects, consistently meeting deadlines. - Maintain deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services. - Fornat, proofread, and edit all proposed deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and a polished appearance with final oversight to be done by Manager. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: communications, finance, or related field. (Required) Experience 3 or more years commercial banking, financial services, and/or a related industry such as procurement/sourcing. (Required) 3 or more years Request For Proposal (RFP) process management including a track record with complex RFPs. (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines at the same time (Required) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines (Required) - Able to manage complex RPFs and proposals (Required) - Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (Preferred) Other Duties as Assigned by Manager This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.
