Specialty Care Healthcare Engagement Team – Health Representative (12-month Fixed Term) ROLE SUMMARY The Health Representative is a science-based promotional sales role, able to serve a broader portfolio of content. It is not a medical role but skilled in the science and value of our products based on current product label. The Health Representative connects, supports and educates HCPs on our products through both physical and virtual meetings. This position focuses on Specialty Care Portfolio. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where product could support HCP in meeting patient need. - Managing and achieving annual targets and ensuring adherence to Compliance, Legal, Medical and Regulatory requirements. - Provide objective and scientifically sound medical information regarding portfolio and the diseases states treated. Incorporating the use of educational programs, outcome and other tools which identify the greatest opportunities for improving patient care. - Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection. - Drive sales and effectively reach HCPs through customer-facing detail, following the strategic approach. - Develop a deep understanding of the market and cultivate expert-level knowledge of assigned products and therapeutic areas. - Leading relationships with Health Care Professionals travelling across metro and rural locations as well as providing support virtually. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - Leads, coordinates, and manages the long term, consultative, customer relationship to become the customer’s trusted business advisor. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Maximizes opportunity across the Pfizer portfolio, monitors progress with key accounts and evolves Account Plans as appropriate. - Analyses and understands the local environment, account business, and aligned Pfizer priorities to create Account Plans, and utilizes insights to create and execute value propositions of mutual benefit. LEADERSHIP - Applies a proficiency in business acumen, including understanding of the account business, industry, economic trends, issues, and competition. Develops and leads the Account Plan and coordinates the cross functional team, demonstrating highest level of teamwork and professionalism.
