Role Description Wir unterstützen Unternehmen der Wohnungswirtschaft dabei, ihre digitalen Prozesse zu optimieren und leistungsfähige Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen zu etablieren. Als Partner für moderne DMS- und Workflow-Plattformen setzen wir auf die Produkte von d.velop und begleiten unsere Kunden von der ersten Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten d-velop documents Consultant (m/w/d), der Freude daran hat, Kundenprojekte eigenständig und kompetent umzusetzen (Teilzeit ab 30 Std. oder Vollzeit). - Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen rund um Dokumentenmanagement und digitale Workflows - Implementierung, Konfiguration und Customizing von d.velop-Produkten (d.3ecm, d.velop documents, d.velop invoice etc.) - Durchführung von Workshops, Anwenderschulungen und Projektpräsentationen - Beratung unserer Kunden aus der Wohnungswirtschaft zu Best Practices, technischen Möglichkeiten und Digitalisierungspotenzialen - Erstellung von Konzepten, Dokumentationen und technischen Spezifikationen - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Entwicklung und Support - Reiseeinsätze bei Kunden vor Ort (geplant & abgestimmt) Qualifications - Erfahrung mit d.velop-Produkten oder vergleichbaren ECM-/DMS-Lösungen - Gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessanalyse sowie in Dokumenten- und Workflow-Management - Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft oder mit entsprechenden Softwarelösungen (Aareon, impower, casavi, ETG24, facilioo) - Technisches Verständnis (z. B.
