• Test new features and bug fixes of the product before release • Create and execute test cases and execute functional, application, security, accessibility and regression tests • Record, analyze and report on test results and complex issues • Interact with QA, Product Owners and Development team members to understand the testing requirements • Participate in team meetings, which include, but are not limited to Sprint planning, grooming, daily stand up, etc.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years experience in Quality Assurance
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years of testing web based applications
- 1-4 years writing/executing manual test cases
- Practical Agile and Scrum experience
- Experience in CRM Integration testing (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience in Security Testing (Access Control Permissions, Advanced Security Modules)
- Clear and effective communication both verbally and written
- Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse range of people
- Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience
- Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow
