• lead cross organizational teams, providing project management support on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software projects simultaneously with very limited oversight from management • responsible for supporting strategic initiatives at the Hanford site which will include; defining tasks and timelines, coordinating across departments, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery • overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, contractual commitments, and goals • Create and maintain project schedules, including resource allocations, and stakeholder requirements • Provide rough order magnitude (ROM) estimates utilizing approved processes with input from development team • Manage project’s budget, monitor progress, and evaluate project performance throughout project life cycle against planned budget • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills to both internal and external project stakeholders • Document change control items per standard project management process, procedures, and best practices; tracking impact to schedule, scope, resources, and cost • Identify, assess, document, manage, mitigate, and communicate issues and risks throughout the project life cycle • Develop and maintain contingency plans based on identified project risks • Lead and direct project teams in a manner that adheres to DevSecOps and production support policies, including sitewide and contractor specific procedures • Provide weekly and monthly project reporting to all stakeholders ensuring insight into the project status • Ensure required contract deliverables are tracked to completion, delivered on time, and meets customer expectations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 or more years of project management experience with 5 years in an IT field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Applicants are required to have REAL ID ACT compliant documentation at time of hire and nothing on record that would prohibit you from gaining access to Department of Energy sites
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
  • Experience in the project management and implementation of ERP applications & systems
  • Experience with Software/IT life cycles (SDLC)
  • SDLC knowledge should include both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or other Agile methodology organization tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
  • Experience with or understanding of how websites, web applications, databases, servers (web, application, and database), cloud-based solutions, Microsoft Windows applications, and general business process flows function in order to facilitate successful IT projects
