• Manages IT projects of varying complexity within the Digital Next space, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in alignment with departmental goals. • Focuses on planning, execution, and team coordination within an Agile framework to facilitate the delivery of value. • Ensures clear communication among stakeholders and supports the project team in achieving its objectives. • Manages the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project deliverables, goals, and milestones to ensure timely completion. • Works with stakeholders to define project scope and manages the change control process with oversight from senior leadership. • Applies Agile methodologies to manage the project backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and guide iterative development cycles. • Executes the project communication plan, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed of progress, risks, and milestones. • Facilitates project meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to drive alignment and capture lessons learned. • Contributes to the development of the project budget and actively tracks project financials, including actuals, forecasts, and variances. • Identifies, documents, and monitors project risks and dependencies, working with teams to develop and implement mitigation and contingency planning. • Contributes to continuous improvement efforts within the PMO by analyzing project results and sharing key learnings. • Takes ownership of project outcomes from initiation to closure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience may be substituted.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ IT experience required, including a minimum of five (3) years’ experience managing IT projects.
  • Experience speaking to and working on technical projects.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with projects involving cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management and change management techniques.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Project; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Completion of another recognized project management certification preferred.
  • Change management or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., Targetprocess, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project Online) preferred.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.) preferred.
