Perform research and resolution for members regarding their financial account through the phone. Retain membership and assist members in making payments for past due balances. Set up Credit Card Accounts for recurring payment. Communicate any trends and/or problems. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
