This role is crucial for executing growth optimization strategies aimed at increasing digital utilization and retention, making you instrumental in achieving corporate goals for user engagement. - Lead product discovery and definition by collaborating with internal stakeholders and data providers. - Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to create production-class features. - Leverage expertise in behavioral data to craft tailored data views supporting engagement analysis. - Participate as a domain expert within the Customer Insights Data Product Family. - Collaborate on a metric and digital segmentation framework which drives user growth. - Coach analysts and data scientists on data potential and maintain proper documentation. Qualifications - 5 or more years of experience in mining digital behavioral data. - 3 or more years of experience in building products with data engineering complexities. - 3 or more years of experience defining and executing digital lifecycle metrics. - 3 or more years of experience in product management disciplines. - Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, customer-centric ways. - Proven knowledge to achieve results in collaboration with engineering teams. - Basic SQL skills to independently explore data.
