As a Production Designer, you will partner closely with product, content, and marketing designers, as well as art directors and design program managers, to maintain high craft, consistency, and efficiency. What You’ll Do You will support design teams by preparing, organizing, and maintaining high‑quality design assets for internal and external use. This includes cleaning up and structuring Figma files, creating and maintaining component libraries and systems, and ensuring designs align with established standards and guidelines. You will produce product mockups, prototypes, and presentation decks for reviews, workshops, and global presentations, as well as create and maintain clear, engaging deck templates. You will maintain up‑to‑date design documentation as a source of truth, provide detailed design specifications, and communicate those specs to partners producing in‑product artwork. You will troubleshoot issues related to file structure, organization, and handoff, translate designs across platforms such as iOS, Android, and web, and assist with additional production and design tasks as needed. • Work with the product, business and technology teams to define, scope and manage the end-to-end product experience • Manage the design team activities from research and ideation through to execution and ensure consistent high-quality outcomes • Guide UX designers on design strategy related to research and insights generation and then execute high quality UX artefacts • Guide UI designers on executing best in class visual design work that is consistent, on brand and user backed • Work with the front end developers to ensure the successful implementation of the visual design and product interaction • Mentor and coach the design teams, specifically with new ways of working and mapping strategy to execution • Identify and remove team impediments • Work with CPO and POs to align the roadmap to vision and continuous insights to ensure voice of the customer is heard • Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid to challenge the status quo • Attend events and sessions, promoting customer focus, and being visible at town hall events. • Synchronizing customer research and map customer journeys for the constituent across teams • Synthesize customer insights across research by each team at the journey level • Help define and shape the experience strategy, facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to define key design goals and requirements.

• Accepts tasks, projects, and appointments to the Engineering team in CRM. • Communicates status and drawing updates with the Engineering Manager and team. • Generates high quality initial drawings for customer “sign off” based on information provided by the customer call with Sales staff. • Provides updates and confirmation of completed work in CRM. • Maintains a working calendar in MS Teams for scheduled appointments and work. • Consults with the Engineering Manager on preliminary complex drawings, structural design, and technical issues. • Updates and finalizes sign off drawings created in AutoCAD that meet established production drawing criteria. • Creates and modifies drawings and blocks for special designs for extraction data. • Locate special parts back up documentation to provide purchasing / Estimating for special designs. • Communicates any special requirements to the team that will require special product design is a good fit. • Communicates any discrepancies found in the sales order or drawings to the responsible Design Manager to prevent repeat errors. • Ensures accurate REVIT data extraction to review and provide estimating. • Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment that aligns with the company’s culture.

- Collaborate closely with a Game Designer to create UX flows and UI visual assets for mobile games. - Take on a generalist role that requires both UX design expertise and artistic skills. - Build and maintain the UX/UI framework for a product in Figma, ensuring consistency and usability. - Work in a fast-paced environment with quick iteration cycles and responsiveness to feedback. - Export designs and assets into Unity while considering potential technical constraints.
