• Senior Manager - Product Owner creates product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision. • Have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategy. • A Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across different teams. • Works closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. • Accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on. • End to end team output strategy from inception to production. • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements. • Accountable for product-specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders. • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. • Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team. • Works closely with CPO to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. • Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos. • Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design. • Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders.
• Work with the product, business and technology teams to define, scope and manage the end-to-end product experience • Manage the design team activities from research and ideation through to execution and ensure consistent high-quality outcomes • Guide UX designers on design strategy related to research and insights generation and then execute high quality UX artefacts • Guide UI designers on executing best in class visual design work that is consistent, on brand and user backed • Work with the front end developers to ensure the successful implementation of the visual design and product interaction • Mentor and coach the design teams, specifically with new ways of working and mapping strategy to execution • Identify and remove team impediments • Work with CPO and POs to align the roadmap to vision and continuous insights to ensure voice of the customer is heard • Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid to challenge the status quo • Attend events and sessions, promoting customer focus, and being visible at town hall events. • Synchronizing customer research and map customer journeys for the constituent across teams • Synthesize customer insights across research by each team at the journey level • Help define and shape the experience strategy, facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to define key design goals and requirements.
