Your Profile: - Proven experience in solutions sales within a CRO environment. - 10+ years of experience in business development within global studies and ability to expand market presence independently. - Strong understanding of global clinical research, with exposure to large pharmaceutical companies and global studies, including experience working with India-based customers. - Preference for experience in selling Phase II–III solutions; however, candidates with broader clinical sales backgrounds (including labs or related services) will be considered. - Strong relationship management and networking capabilities within the industry. - Ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment and drive business growth initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. #LI-KT1 What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
