Job Description

Chief of Staff to the President & Head of Strategic Programs

Bizee

About Bizee Bizee has helped more than one million entrepreneurs start and run their businesses. Now we are building what comes next: an AI-powered Entrepreneur Operating System that helps founders launch, operate, stay compliant, and grow with less friction and more confidence. We are modernizing the company, sharpening focus, and building the systems, operating model, and platform required for the next era of growth. We care about builders. People with belief, grit, humility, judgment, and the ability to turn complexity into momentum. The Opportunity This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. This is a leadership seat at the center of the company’s most important work. As Chief of Staff to the President & Head of Strategic Programs, you will work directly with the President and alongside the executive team to drive the company’s highest-priority bets. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, prioritization, and operating performance, ensuring the business is focused on the right priorities, moving with speed, and delivering where it matters most. You will be a force multiplier to the President and executive team by increasing clarity, accelerating decisions, strengthening accountability, and turning critical priorities into real outcomes. You will also help build the operating culture required to scale by reinforcing the standards, behaviors, and leadership norms of a high-performance company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build the operating engine of the company and play a central role in Bizee’s transformation. What You’ll Own - Partner directly with the President and executive team to drive execution against the company’s most important strategic priorities - Act as a force multiplier by increasing clarity, alignment, accountability, and execution across the business - Run the operating rhythms that create focus and forward motion across the business, including planning cycles, WBRs, MBRs, leadership reviews, and strategic forums - Translate strategy into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes - Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, Marketing, Data, Finance, and People - Identify bottlenecks, surface tradeoffs, and push teams toward decisions and action - Build the mechanisms that improve visibility, resource allocation, sequencing, and follow-through across major initiatives - Prepare clear, high-quality decision memos, executive briefs, and leadership communications that accelerate alignment and action - Help strengthen Bizee’s operating culture by reinforcing clarity, urgency, ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration What Success Looks Like Within months, priorities are clearer, execution is tighter, and the leadership team is operating with stronger alignment and accountability. Cross-functional initiatives move faster, risks surface earlier, and decisions happen with more speed and less friction. Over time, Bizee becomes a sharper, more disciplined, more leveraged company. The right work gets done faster. The organization builds stronger operating habits. And the company’s most important bets are not only defined, but delivered.

Job Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, program leadership, management consulting, product operations, or other highly cross-functional execution roles
  • Exceptional systems thinking and the ability to quickly understand how priorities, teams, decisions, and incentives connect across a business
  • By Strong track record of driving execution in fast-moving, high-growth, or high-change environments
  • The judgment to know when to zoom out strategically and when to dive into the details to get things moving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and complexity into action
  • High trust, high EQ, and the ability to operate credibly with senior leaders while earning respect across the organization
  • Strong ownership, urgency, and bias for action
  • The ability to bring order and momentum to messy situations without creating unnecessary process or drag
