Title: Freelance Software / Prompt Engineer (Claude Code Expert) Contract: 4 weeks initially Future: Potential for ongoing freelance or permanent role About BoldStream™ BoldStream™ is a multi-LLM SaaS platform for marketing and communications professionals. Role We’re seeking a freelance Software / Prompt Engineer with strong Claude Code experience to help test, improve and build high-impact automations across BoldStream™ during a focused two-week engagement. What you’ll do - Build agentic workflows using tools like OpenAI Agent Builder, LangGraph/LangChain and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make). - Use Claude Code and LLM tooling to develop and test AI workflows. - Automate data flows and internal tools using APIs and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Create reliable prompts, guardrails and testing approaches. - Document workflows for non-technical teams. What we’re looking for - Strong Claude Code experience. - Previous experience as a software developer - Proven automation and integration experience. - No/low-code automation skills plus solid JavaScript. - Experience with LLMs, prompts and AI workflows.

The Crown Is Yours As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards across multiple projects. Integrated into our Mobile Native teams, you will lead testing efforts, shape quality processes, and make a significant impact from production to completion. In this role, you'll create and execute test plans, automate test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. What You'll Do - Test complex customer self-service and back-office applications. - Support solution customization and rollout for new platform clients. - Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. - Identify and communicate quality-related risks among project stakeholders. - Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to improve requirements quality. - Write testing documentation: test plans, test cases, and checklists. - Report and track the life cycle of discovered bugs.
