Job Description
Partnerships Manager
ELVTR
The Opportunity: Be the Face of ELVTR for World-Class Leaders ELVTR is a premier online education platform that produces premium courses taught by the world's top business leaders. We are looking for a sophisticated, high-energy Partnerships Manager to act as the first point of contact for these industry giants. Imagine a daily routine where you aren't just "interviewing candidates"—you are strategizing with VPs from Google, Directors from Netflix, and Executives from Spotify. Note: You will not be sourcing (scouring LinkedIn). We have a dedicated team of sourcers for that - they will schedule your Zoom calls for you. Your sole focus is screening, engaging, and closing high-level leads on the vision of becoming an ELVTR instructor. Working Hours The Schedule: This role operates on a schedule aligned with US business hours (EST/PST). Please only apply if you have a quiet, professional home office environment available during these hours. Who You Are - A "Peer" to Executives: You have the gravitas to hold your own in a conversation with a C-suite leader. You are polished, articulate, and confident. - A Hunter, Not a Gatherer: You have a "headhunter’s mindset." You understand that high-level talent needs to be courted, not just processed. - A Vision Seller: You aren't reading a script. You can articulate the ELVTR mission with such conviction that a busy executive pauses their day to listen to you. - Resilient & High-Energy: You will conduct multiple high-stakes video interviews a day. You maintain the same energy on your last call as you did on your first. Key Responsibilities - Conduct Executive Screening Calls: Lead video interviews with prospective instructors (sourced by our recruiting team) to evaluate their charisma, expertise, and teaching potential. - The "Pivot" to Sales: Assess the candidate quickly. If they are a match, instantly pivot from "interviewer" to "recruiter" to sell them on the vision of building a course with ELVTR. - Quality Control: You are the gatekeeper. You must politely decline senior leaders who don't meet our specific instructor standards while maintaining a positive brand image. - Pipeline Management: Move successful candidates to the Production phase, ensuring a seamless handoff to our Course Creators. - Strategic Feedback: Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to help them refine their search criteria based on your conversations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency with exceptional verbal nuance. You must be able to read the room and adapt your tone to different personalities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and keeping records organized in our ATS/CRM (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Connectivity: A reliable, high-speed internet connection
Benefits
- Global Exposure: Work with executives from the world’s biggest companies.
- Competitive Compensation: A well-structured compensation package reflecting the impact of the role.
- Remote Freedom: Work from the comfort of your home.
- Growth: Access to all ELVTR courses for free and a pathway to move into senior Talent or Partnership roles.
- To Apply: Please submit your CV in English. In your cover letter, briefly describe a time you had to persuade a senior-level stakeholder to say "Yes" to a new idea.
- ELVTR is committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering a diverse, inclusive environment for all.
