Role Description Avec seulement 11 % des cours d'eau en bon état, la région Pays de la Loire est la plus dégradée du bassin Loire Bretagne. L'amélioration de la situation, qui est au coeur des enjeux prioritaires de la DREAL, nécessite une mobilisation de tous les acteurs pour répondre aux enjeux, en particulier du monde agricole. Vous aurez pour mission de piloter et animer l'activité de la division eau et milieux aquatiques (7 chargé(e)s de mission), avec l'appui d'une adjointe en : - Animant les services sur les différentes politiques de l'eau : - Gestion quantitative de la ressource en eau (volet structurel et conjoncturel) - Pollutions diffuses (nitrates, captages, etc.) - Préservation des milieux aquatiques et des zones humides - Assainissement - Police de l'environnement - Planification dans le domaine de l'eau - Connaissance - Contribuant à la gouvernance de l'eau (MISEN, conférence régionale de l'eau, comités départementaux, instances de bassin, CLE, etc.) - Appuyant la mise en oeuvre et la déclinaison au niveau régional des textes européens, nationaux, du SDAGE Loire Bretagne. Vous veillerez au fonctionnement transverse avec les autres services de la DREAL, à la bonne information et implication des différents niveaux du corps préfectoral sur les dossiers au long cours et participerez aux actions de la feuille de route influence de la DREAL. Vous participerez au partenariat avec la Région sur l'eau. Compte-tenu du contexte compliqué, le poste est exposé. Vous aurez de fortes responsabilités et disposerez d'une grande autonomie. Vous serez attendu sur la recherche, l'imagination de solutions y compris innovantes. Les priorités d'actions sont susceptibles d'être adaptées en fonction des évolutions des priorités nationales et régionales. Vous serez en lien avec les autres divisions/unité du service et les différents services de la DREAL (évaluation environnementale, géomatique, risques naturels et technologiques, etc.), l'Agence de l'eau Loire Bretagne, les DDT(M), l'OFB, la DRAAF, l'ARS, la Région, la chambre d'agriculture, les animateurs et élus de SAGE, etc. Vous représenterez la DREAL et l'État dans toutes ses composantes auprès de l'ensemble des partenaires et administrations (en commission locale de l'eau, en mission inter-services de l'eau, etc.).
