Graduate Software Engineer

• You will be responsible for reviewing application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues. • Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis. • You will be introduced to bug fixing and the initial development of new features, helping to build out our products and solutions. • Serve as a key link between our Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution. • Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a natural curiosity and a passion for figuring out problems and getting to the root cause of an issue.
- You are a disciplined creator of automated tests for your own code.
- A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to build a career in engineering.
- You can work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems and be flexible and responsive to changing requirements and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.
- Some familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of software systems is a plus.
- Experience with Application Observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
