Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Talent Sourcing Assistant Compensation range: $1,500-2,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. Role Overview: The purpose of the Talent Sourcing Assistant is to support the delivery team by reactivating talent from our extensive candidate database and organising talent pools within our systems, ensuring easy access to pre-qualified candidates across key disciplines. Key Performance Objectives and Measurements: - Recruit and support the filling of active roles through talent pool management - 80x candidate talent pool conversations and reactivations per week - 50x direct approaches via database/LinkedIn/Seek per week - 15x candidates floated to the internal delivery team per week - 5x candidates selected for internal interview per week - Accuracy of JobAdder notes and updates - >30% LinkedIn InMail response rate - Networking and Branding - Reaches 500+ LinkedIn Connections - 2x posts or company page interactions on LinkedIn per week - 3x candidate referrals or leads received per week - Customer and Client Satisfaction - >95% RI Score - 2x Recruiter Insider testimonials per month Key Responsibilities: - Identify, screen and build relationships with active and passive candidates in the market to grow the internal Talent Pool - Accurately enters and updates notes and activities within JobAdder - Makes recommendations on the most appropriate use of service and sourcing strategies conducted through JobAdder - Conducts searches utilising all options available on LinkedIn recruiter e.g. Boolean searches, Talent Insights, Projects, InMail's and job postings, and successfully engages with candidates - Conduct outbound phone calls and emails to candidates in our database to update availability, interest, and resume information - Successfully solicits candidate referrals from the majority interactions with candidates, records referral information and takes the appropriate follow up action - Seek out market and industry knowledge by gaining insight from candidates - Utilise all systems including JobAdder, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and more to an exemplary level - Build a strong social media presence and personal brand to represent Concentis and promote the professional brand. - Build and maintain structured talent pools aligned with priority disciplines: - Project Management - Project Controls & Services - Construction Management - Asset Management & Engineering - Engineering (Various disciplines) Core Competencies: - Candidate Sourcing & Acquisition Understands recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends to attract and engage talent. - Technology Effectively uses recruitment systems and digital platforms to streamline sourcing and communication. - Marketing & Communication Builds a strong personal brand, communicates professionally, maintains regular candidate contact, and begins generating quality referrals. - Team Commitment Collaborates effectively, shares information openly, engages constructively in discussions, and maintains professional conduct. - Achievement Drive (Ambition) Consistently meets activity targets, seeks feedback from setbacks, and holds high personal standards. - Initiative & Resilience Works independently, adapts quickly to setbacks, and maintains a positive mindset. - Coachability Actively seeks feedback, applies learnings, and self-initiates development. - Influencing & Negotiation Engages passive candidates and collects key reference information effectively. - Judgment & Decision-Making Prioritises tasks well, adapts to changing needs, and avoids distractions through disciplined time management. • Own the development lifecycle for STORQ baby/toddler apparel and accessories, ensuring all styles meet design intent, cost goals, quality standards, FTC and CPSIA compliance regulations, and seasonal timelines. • Manage proto, fit, and photoshoot sample development, ensuring timely delivery of samples and clear communication of revisions. • Partner with Design and Merchandising to evaluate materials, trims, and construction options that balance aesthetics, performance, and cost. • Lead cross-functional milestone meetings (Line Review, Proto Review, Costing Review) and ensure all deliverables are met. • Analyze development and/or production risks early and propose actionable solutions to maintain calendar integrity. • Oversee lab dips, strike-offs, artwork approvals, and material testing to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements. • Own seasonal T&A calendars from Proto samples through bulk delivery; proactively identify delays and drive recovery plans with vendors. • Manage bulk PO execution, ensuring accurate BOMs, approved materials, and on-time production starts. • Review and negotiate bulk costing, leveraging historical data, vendor capabilities, and margin targets. • Ensure all testing, compliance documentation (CPSIA and FTC), and quality checkpoints are completed prior to shipment. • Support wear tests and product performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement. • Build strong, accountable relationships with global vendors, mills, and trim suppliers. • Evaluate vendor performance across quality, cost, communication, and on-time delivery; recommend sourcing shifts as needed. • Work closely with Planning and Merchandising to align development decisions with demand forecasts and margin goals. • Communicate clearly and consistently across internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment.
