Role Description A senior leadership opportunity to simplify how MyState works and improve outcomes for customers and the organisation. This is a newly defined, enterprise-critical leadership role with a clear mandate to transform how MyState operates across product, operations and customer delivery. As Head of Business Improvement, you will lead the identification, prioritisation and execution of business improvement initiatives that uplift customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance across the bank. This is a high-impact, cross-bank role with stakeholders spanning Product, Customer, Operations, Technology and Risk. You will influence how work is prioritised, how processes are designed and how change is delivered to ensure transformation efforts translate into measurable outcomes. This role is not about transformation frameworks or isolated projects. It is about fixing what gets in the way of great outcomes, simplifying complexity and turning strategy into action.
