This role operates as a senior individual contributor, bridging business processes, product strategy, and technical execution. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into implementation-ready requirements, ensuring alignment between functional needs, platform capabilities, and delivery outcomes. This position is ideal for a technically strong analyst—often an engineer-turned-analyst—who thrives in enterprise environments and can drive clarity, structure, and execution across ambiguous and cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management - Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to understand business goals, process needs, and functional requirements across the marketing ecosystem. - Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts that engineering teams can build against. - Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, downstream impacts, and alignment with existing platform capabilities and architecture standards. - Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and requirement changes clearly to support delivery quality and long-term maintainability. Solution Design & Delivery Support - Support solution discovery and solution design for cross-system initiatives spanning CRM, marketing automation, integrations, and related data flows. - Work closely with architects and engineers to clarify system behavior, define dependencies, and resolve functional and technical ambiguities during design and delivery. - Support platform configuration definition and ensure that delivered solutions align with intended business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution - Contribute to backlog refinement and release planning in partnership with Product Management and engineering teams. - Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. - Act as a strong senior analyst within the team by improving requirement quality, bringing structure to ambiguous asks, and helping drive consistent execution. Required Skills & Experience Enterprise Marketing Technology Expertise - Strong experience supporting enterprise marketing and CRM ecosystems, including hands-on work with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Marketo. - Familiarity with integrations, data flows, lead management, and intake processes across marketing systems. Technical & Analytical Capabilities - Strong technical aptitude, including understanding of integrations, data flows, dependencies, and solution tradeoffs. - Ability to create implementation-ready documentation such as user stories, process maps, functional designs, and acceptance criteria. - Demonstrated ability to bridge business context and technical implementation details with minimal supervision. Program Delivery Experience - 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar techno-functional role in a large enterprise environment. - Experience working directly with engineering teams, architects, and product managers in an Agile delivery model. - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to ask the right questions and challenge unclear requirements constructively. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B marketing processes such as lead management, routing, lifecycle management, and marketing-to-CRM alignment. - Experience supporting platform transformation or migration programs, including transition from legacy systems to target-state platforms. - Familiarity with Workfront or similar intake and work-management platforms. - Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer data platform concepts, or adjacent customer-data capabilities. - Prior experience in engineering, development, QA, or another technically grounded role before moving into analysis. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
