• Audit, optimize, and scale existing client-facing automation systems • Build advanced automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation (SOPs, guides, internal knowledge base) • Integrate multiple tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks • Design end-to-end AI and automation systems tailored to client business needs • Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales pipelines • Architect integrations across CRM, email, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools • Maintain and troubleshoot live systems to ensure performance and scalability • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • Advise clients and internal teams on best implementation strategies • Create structured outlines for technical content (videos, documentation, articles) • Provide ongoing technical support across systems and workflows • Own and scale internal automation systems for onboarding, operations, and data management • Build and maintain CRM systems (primarily GoHighLevel) • Ensure all systems are reliable, efficient, and scalable
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (HighLevel)
- Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience connecting CRMs with email platforms, calendars, payments, and project tools
- Data structuring experience using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Experience implementing AI into workflows and business processes
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, user guides, technical specs)
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
- Strong product thinking (scalability, UX, maintainability, build vs. buy decisions)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
