• We are building the next generation of RD Station’s Artificial Intelligence products and are looking for someone to lead the evolution of quality in this context. • You will act as an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test), actively participating in the development of tests, infrastructure, and reliability for AI-based systems. • You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with data scientists, AI engineers, and backend and frontend developers, primarily using Python and React. • Build and evolve the testing strategy for AI products; • Develop automated tests (E2E, regression, and unit tests); • Create a solid quality foundation by structuring processes and best practices; • Write and maintain code in Python and TypeScript, validating APIs and business flows; • Support the definition of test strategies for flows involving LLMs, agents, and AI pipelines.

Temporary Composition Specialist, Test Development A comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and expectations for the temporary Composition Specialist position reporting directly to the Manager of Media and Composition, based in DRC’s corporate office in Maple Grove Minnesota. A Composition Specialist is responsible for building and formatting text for the Test Development teams. This position will be working with a team of graphic illustrators and collaborate with various educational content groups to apply business requirements and build efficient test materials. • Design and develop test systems and procedures for hardware validation during the manufacturing processes • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices such as motherboard, memory, CPU, storage (SSD, HDD, NVMe) and PCIE devices (NIC, GPU, Mezz cards, RAID cards) • Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process • Support and maintenance for the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) level test software and infrastructure deployed at our production facilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards

• Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on test planning, design, execution, and reporting. • Apply Agile project management principles to effectively organize and execute testing efforts within an iterative development environment. • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts for both functional and non-functional requirements. • Design and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage, utilizing various automated testing tools and frameworks. • Perform thorough application testing, including regression testing, to identify defects and ensure software quality. • Review and analyze design specifications to provide early feedback and ensure testability of features. • Collaborate with development teams and product owners using influential communication skills to clarify requirements, report defects, and discuss solutions. • Provide technical training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in test engineering. • Generate comprehensive test reports, documenting test results, defect trends, and overall product quality. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
