• Own the overall Workplace Services strategy, policies, standards, and compliance performance, ensuring their continuous relevance and effectiveness. • Act as the senior stakeholder and SME, providing strategic insight and representation on all Workplace Services activities at senior levels. • Maintain accountability for the integrity, consistency, and compliance of all Workplace Services policies, standards, and process documentation. • Oversee development, review, implementation, and audit of policies and standards. • Ensure policies and standards remain aligned with evolving regulations, organizational needs, and industry best practices. • Support the FM organization to successfully implement standards, conduct audits, and resolve non-conformance issues. • Facilitate communication, training, and dissemination activities to promote consistent policy and standard application across regions. • Lead the development of strategies to monitor and embed industry best practices and innovative approaches across Workplace Services. • Collaborate with regional teams and enable functions to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant innovations. • Act as the primary owner for managing organizational change requests impacting Workplace Services, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions. • Support talent development and capability building within the Workplace Services teams. • Maintain strategic oversight and leadership of Soft Service Supplier Governance (SSG) through Communities of Practice. • Collaborate with regional teams to optimize service delivery, drive operational efficiency and improve the overall employee and customer experience. • Drive integration and alignment across global functions, regional FM roles, and outsourced providers to enable seamless service delivery and strategic execution. • Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships between FM ops, Business, and enabling functions (EHS, Global Security, Service providers and others) to align facilities strategy with business objectives and operational priorities. • Own vendor relationships, ensuring performance, issue resolution. Aligned with business priorities. • Collaborate with Service Partners in the identification and deployment of efficiency, risk and cost reduction initiatives. • Global contract trend analysis to identify common themes across regions. • Analysis of contract changes made within regional MSAs to understand changes being requested and drivers. • Ensure robust business continuity and infrastructure management standards and processes are in place tested and aligned with enterprise risk frameworks and monitor delivery. • Maintain the Workplace playbook, outlining essential policies and best practices.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a University/Bachelor Science degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Architecture or similar degree required.
- Master Science degree in engineering, Business, Architecture or similar preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience.
- Strong proven experience in facilities soft services and/or supply chain engineering & maintenance function.
- Strong management and technical skills.
- Experience related to Service delivery, supplier management, risk management, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Knowledge of business strategy and projected business unit requirements for the workplace, infrastructure, real property, and facilities, including impact on the portfolio plan.
- Ability to make decisions across business units with authority.
- A minimum of 3 years of people management experience is preferred.
- Experience working with and socializing strategies within a complex regionally driven organization.
- Experience leading a facilities function at multinational enterprise in a global organization Supply and non-supply chain.
- Experience managing large-scale soft services contracts and performance management.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred.
- MS Office and project management skills is preferred.
- This position may require up to a 25% of domestic and/or international travel.

Role Description The Associate Director, Process Chemistry will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Immuneering’s small molecule drug substance manufacturing process development program, from candidate nomination through the clinical development stage of the product lifecycle. This position requires: - Experience in inventing novel, robust, efficient, and scalable synthetic routes that comply with all relevant regulatory requirements. - Implementation of these routes at scale for early to late-stage development. - A thorough understanding of the principles of quality by design (QbD). - Extensive experience in scientific technical writing for drug development and regulatory submissions. - Prior experience managing small molecule drug substance process development and manufacture at CROs and CDMOs.
