This is a remote position. Sr. Project Manager We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in an evolving AI-focused environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI, data, and cloud-based initiatives - Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams - Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders - Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution - Oversee delivery of solutions involving: - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - Data pipelines and analytics - Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) - CRM integrations (DealCloud) - Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and business requirements - Support go-live planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization - Implement and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices - Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency Requirements Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in project management or program delivery roles - Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects - Strong experience with cloud-based and data-driven initiatives - Experience working in client-facing environments - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience managing cross-functional technical teams - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) Key Traits for Success - Strong leadership and ability to drive projects to completion - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business teams - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment
