Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in project management within agency, consulting, or similar environments. - Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping to delivery. - Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or MS Teams. - Experience applying and adapting methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Kanban. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage trade-offs effectively. - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing interactions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
