Why You Will Love LP: Paid Time Off: You will accrue 14 days in your first year and increases over time with tenure. Volunteer Time Off: You will accrue 40 hours in your first year. Position DetailsTasks: Manage of book of clients that operate in the small to medium business segment; use a consultative and strategy driven approach to establish effective marketing campaigns through the Meta advertising platform Work with Account Managers to facilitate strategy creation and optimization for client campaigns Provide consultation to Account Managers when implementing new strategies to ensure proper alignment with the client’s performance objectives Identify and report on key performance indicators found in social ad campaigns to help the account grow and ensure current strategies are meeting the client’s objectives Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities or strategies that can be implemented into client accounts Exercise discretion and independent judgement when creating and modifying client accounts to ensure social ad campaigns positively impact the client’s ROI Required Skills & Certifications: Experience creating and tracking marketing campaigns built on social media platforms Experience working with Google Analytics Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Creative, analytical, and driven individual who works well on a team High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in difficult situations This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions (as covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act) expected of an employee in this position.
