Sales Account Executive

• Drive revenue by converting inbound leads into closed business through consultative selling, timely follow-up, and strategic engagement across channels (calls, email, social, events). • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, positioning tailored solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive retention and expansion. • Own and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, consistent activity, and progression of opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle. • Identify and execute opportunities to expand by increasing wallet share through cross-selling, upselling, and program enhancements. • Partner with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer experience) to ensure seamless onboarding, execution, and high client satisfaction. • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer buying behaviors, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions and influence decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • This role requires flexibility to support U.S. business hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime based on business needs.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment.
  • Quiet, private, distraction-free home workspace with no conflicting responsibilities during scheduled shifts.
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 100 Mbps upload/download.
  • Bachelor's degree in general business, marketing, business administration or 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Consultative selling with ability to close sales.
  • Strong sales aptitude.
  • Relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Experience in establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment.
  • Experience using MS Office.
  • Knowledge of CRM – specifically SalesForce.com
