• Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers with speed, accuracy, and empathy. • Create a best-in-class candidate experience, from first touch through offer, ensuring candidates feel valued and supported. • Own operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports, all in close partnership with your recruiters to drive efficient, accurate hiring. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage updates to interview and hiring processes. • Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges, suggesting improvements that make coordination smoother and more scalable. • Support recruiting projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Have prior coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a growing technology company.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and be comfortable with early-stage startup recruiting, where processes are evolving and being built in real time.
  • Be highly detail-oriented and organized, you’ll catch the small things that make a big difference.

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range.
