Regional Channel Account Manager

• Identify and recruit new specialized partners who can drive growth in key Quest solution areas. • Manage existing partners, define growth strategies, build and execute joint business plans through a variety of marketing activities agreed with the partners. • Manage the regional sales pipeline and forecast. • Ensure partners adhere to the requirements of the Quest partner program. • Build strategic relationships, plan, develop and execute GTM strategy. • Understand partners' strategy, and identify potential partnership opportunities. • Work with partners to identify new sales opportunities and expand joint business. • Actively collaborate with country/regional sales teams in identifying, advancing and closing opportunities. • Work with partners’ executives and sales organization to define and prioritize strategies needed to grow sales jointly. • Drive lead generation and account planning activities. • Be the primary owner of partner leads and manage them to generate opportunities. • Determine partner onboarding needs including global training planning and delivery. • Plan, manage and execute executive interlock activities establishing a regular connection between Quest executives and partner counterparts. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. • Build out formal annual business plans for each focus partner that includes executive interlock, joint offerings, strategy, enablement, lead generation and account alignment. • Support partner activities in region.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience of working with partners.
  • Existing connections with the selected partners are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10+ years’ successful experience selling into strategic accounts.
  • Good understanding of Data & AI solutions and ability to articulate the value proposition.
  • History of developing and executing partner go-to-market plans with influential market players.
  • Ability to build a solid business plan, including training, enablement, demand generation, account planning and in general any required tasks to drive and grow the partnership.
  • Ability to drive field engagement to produce meaningful pipeline development across all segments.
  • Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and being a team player.
  • Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent in English.

In this vital role you will be responsible for representing KRYSTEXXA to physicians and health care professionals, establishing product sales, and performing total territory account management. The Specialty Account Manager is responsible for providing account management support to accounts within a specific geography in the designated marketplace with a focus on issues specific to their designated accounts. The SAM acts as central account manager; responsible for driving product demand and coordinating relevant field teams to address account needs. Responsibilities - Develops a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by sales and business unit leadership. - Promotes KRYSTEXXA within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner that is consistent with industry specific and corporate legal and regulatory guidelines. - Addresses issues related to access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix team members. - Develops strong customer relationships by better understanding the customer’s needs and goals and communicating those needs and goals to other team members. - Consistently meets or exceeds corporate sales goals. - Communicates territory activity in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management. - Drive product demand among targets through education on disease state and product information. - Provides feedback to sales and business unit leadership, colleagues, and other internal departments about changing environment and results. - Adheres to the Company’s compliance policies and guidelines as well as any other applicable guidelines, including but not limited to the PhRMA code. - Must be able to work closely with patient services and market access team members, and understand their roles, to achieve overall business goals, - Coordinate between accounts and relevant Amgen field teams to support full range of account needs, - Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site of care options. - Attends medical congresses and society meetings as needed. - Manages efforts within assigned promotional and operational budget. - Maximizes use of approved resources to achieve territory and account level goals - Successfully completes all Company training classes. - Completes administrative duties in an accurate and timely fashion. - Functions as a contributing member of a high-performance team. - Perform such other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Company.
