Agile Delivery Lead
CrowdStrike
• Schedule and chair Falcon Complete Agile ceremonies: stand ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives. • Ensure demos and training to end users are performed, especially for impactful changes to end user’s processes and workflows. • Create and report on team and project metrics. • Triage new tickets submitted to the backlog, prioritize, and assign them. • Maintain a prioritized backlog for the teams and structure according to quarterly objectives. • Remove blockers for the Agile and project teams (e.g., create tickets for access, obtain timely status updates, etc.). • Work with the teams to measure progress and meet objectives. • Support Falcon Complete in our Agile maturity journey and drive process improvements. • Partner with cross-functional teams and advocate for the Agile and project teams. • Create well written user-centered notifications for technical and business audiences and communicate updates timely (e.g. announcements, project updates, process documentation). • Own and drive projects independently while sharing your work frequently. • Work at both a detailed level and a strategic level. • Administration of Jira workflows and automation within the Falcon Complete Jira Projects. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Program or Project Manager
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- This role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements
- Advanced Knowledge of Atlassian tools – JIRA / Wiki
