Lime is hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Global Operations team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of improving labor insights, reporting and financial planning across our operations. You’ll develop key metrics and tools to enhance real-time visibility of performance and drive targeted analysis that informs operational decisions and strategic opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy & Planning, and Local Operations teams to help shape the future of Lime’s labor as we continue to scale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong understanding of financial principles, and is passionate about using data to solve complex problems. If you have 3+ years of experience in business analytics, strong data analysis & visualization skills, and a drive to influence outcomes through insight, we’d love to hear from you. This is a remote position in the United Kingdom with a preference for candidates to reside in London to maintain effective collaboration across teams. This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed. What You’ll Do: - Improve real-time visibility of labor efficiency and spend: Develop metrics and tooling to improve visibility of warehouse and street operations labor efficiency and performance - Build models and dashboards: Use data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, tableau, spreadsheet) to build models for labor forecasting and dashboards for local operations teams - ensuring robust logic, consistent and clearly-defined assumptions, intuitive user-interface - Monitor trends in performance: Monitor labor efficiency and vehicle availability vs plan, identifying root causes for any variance or new trends - Collaborate with partner teams to improve efficiency: Provide insight and targeted analysis to troubleshoot issues or highlight opportunities. Partner with Operations leadership and local teams to land recommendations and drive action through to resolution - Contribute to financial planning process: Collaborate with Finance, S&P, and local operations to support the labor aspect of Lime’s financial planning process - Drive continuous improvement in data analytics capabilities across global operations: Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making and analytical excellence through peer collaboration and support About You: - Extremely strong proficiency in data analytics, including advanced SQL, spreadsheet, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience - 3+ years of experience in business analytics, where prior experience in financial planning, operations, tracking spend, or equivalent is highly preferred - Strong understanding of financial principles and how labor impacts operations as well as P&L - Curious mindset to spot trends in data, deep-dive root causes, and generate proposals for both tactical and strategic solutions - Clear verbal and written communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in a fast-paced scaling-up environment - Experience working closely with Finance or S&P stakeholders #LI-PD1 #LI-Remote If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you. Purpose Supports the Legal Department by administering and optimizing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform while ensuring contracts are legally sound, compliant with corporate standards, and aligned with business objectives. This role bridges Legal, Business Operations, Finance, and other corporate functions to enable efficient, technology-driven contract workflows—from contract inception through execution, tracking, and renewal. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction - Serve as a functional owner and subject matter expert for the CLM platform (Summize), supporting Legal and business teams in the use of contract technology. - Partner closely with in-house attorneys to implement and continuously improve standardized, scalable contract workflows. - Act as a liaison between Legal, Business Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and improve process efficiency. At the Operational and Company Level - Administer the CLM system, including user access, permissions, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. - Design and implement automated approval workflows based on contract value, risk profile, and stakeholder requirements. - Maintain and curate a global library of contract templates and “gold standard” clauses to support efficient drafting and negotiation. - Build and maintain CLM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as contract cycle time, bottlenecks, renewals, and compliance. - Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring accurate tracking of key dates, renewals, expirations, and execution status. - Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to Legal and business teams on CLM usage and contract best practices. Do the Work - Perform detailed reviews and edits of contracts, including MSAs, project agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, and client-form agreements, both within and outside the CLM platform. - Collaborate with in-house attorneys and business stakeholders to negotiate contract terms that balance legal risk and business objectives. - Identify legal and financial risks in contract language and ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and risk tolerance. - Ensure contracts are prepared, reviewed, approved, and executed accurately and efficiently.
