• Administer and support the McLeod Software platform, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker, Ancillary and API program integration • Configure and maintain system settings such as rating, customer contracts, carrier profiles, dispatch workflows, and settlement rules • Manage order lifecycle processes including order entry, dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver/carrier settlement • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported problems; coordinate with McLeod support as needed • Lead or support system enhancements, upgrades, and module implementations (e.g., EDI, document imaging, mobile/ELD integrations) • Oversee EDI/API integrations with customers, carriers, and third-party platforms (visibility tools, telematics, etc.) • Partner with operations, accounting, and customer service teams to optimize workflows and improve system utilization • Develop reporting and dashboards using McLeod tools, SQL, or BI platforms • Maintain data integrity across customers, carriers, rates, and financial transaction • Create and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and user training materials • Train new users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and efficiency

• Partner with U.S. and international brokers to build and improve benefits programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy — especially as we expand into new geos • Own day-to-day benefits administration across medical/dental/vision, life and disability, 401(k), tax-advantaged accounts, leave of absence, and stipend/perk programs • Manage enrollments end-to-end: open enrollment, qualified life events, new hires, terminations, and ongoing changes • Run audits and coordinate compliance activities with brokers and vendors to ensure we meet regulatory requirements across regions • Lead high-impact projects that modernize and scale benefits infrastructure (e.g., LOA framework improvements, stipend methodology + systems administration, 401(k) plan design updates, etc.) • Create and deliver clear, employee-friendly resources and education (guides, FAQs, info sessions, and in-the-moment support) • Enable People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to confidently communicate benefits — and make sure the story we tell matches the experience employees have • Serve as an escalation point for People Operations when employees hit roadblocks or need more nuanced support • Build repeatable toolkits and documentation that make benefits easier to understand and easier to support as we scale

• Analyze complex medical claims, pharmacy data, and other healthcare data sets to identify emerging cost and utilization trends, patterns, and outliers. • Develop financial models to evaluate the financial impact of new clinical programs, new initiatives, and value-based agreements. • Identify opportunities for medical cost reduction, quantify potential savings, and measure the return on investment (ROI) of implemented initiatives. • Create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations using data visualization tools to communicate complex findings and actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders, including senior management and clinical departments. • Work closely with accounting, actuarial, underwriting, clinical, health services delivery and network management teams to provide analytical support for decision-making and strategic planning, such as informing payer negotiations and risk adjustment strategies. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analyses, and prepare well-organized project documentation including methodologies and key decision points. • Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments, providing timely intelligence related to specific business problems.
