• Provide technical pre-sales support for ESS products, including customer communication, technical clarification, and solution presentations in collaboration with Sales • Design and configure ESS solutions, including product selection, system sizing, technical preparation, and cost-related inputs for quotations • Participate in tender and bidding processes; prepare and review technical bid documents in English and Chinese • Support the drafting and review of technical specifications and technical agreements for ESS projects • Act as a technical interface between Sales, HQ technical teams, product management, and customers • Deliver internal and external technical training sessions for ESS products and solutions • Support technical evaluations of customer requirements, grid standards, and project feasibility • Contribute to continuous improvement of technical documentation, solution templates, and pre-sales processes • Perform additional technical tasks or project support as assigned by leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in ESS technical support or pre-sales, preferably with utility-scale and/or residential energy storage systems
- Strong understanding of the European energy storage market, grid requirements, and customer expectations
- Strong technical expertise in energy storage systems and solution design
- Experience supporting large-scale ESS projects is strongly preferred
- English and Dutch : minimum requirement C1 (professional working proficiency)

Overview Presales Data Engineer – Data Modernisation & AI Location India (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune — Flexible) Role Purpose Support the Presales Lead in crafting winning solutions for large-scale data modernisation and AI-ready platform transformation deals. This is a hands-on technical presales role that combines deep data engineering skills across Databricks, Snowflake, and Google Cloud with a strong understanding of AI/ML to build compelling solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and deal collateral. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Solution Engineering & Deal Support Build detailed solution architectures and technical proposals in support of RFPs, proactive pursuits, and strategic deals.
