• Provide technical pre-sales support for ESS products, including customer communication, technical clarification, and solution presentations in collaboration with Sales • Design and configure ESS solutions, including product selection, system sizing, technical preparation, and cost-related inputs for quotations • Participate in tender and bidding processes; prepare and review technical bid documents in English and Chinese • Support the drafting and review of technical specifications and technical agreements for ESS projects • Act as a technical interface between Sales, HQ technical teams, product management, and customers • Deliver internal and external technical training sessions for ESS products and solutions • Support technical evaluations of customer requirements, grid standards, and project feasibility • Contribute to continuous improvement of technical documentation, solution templates, and pre-sales processes • Perform additional technical tasks or project support as assigned by leadership
• Drive localized market development and sales growth for PV modules in the Czech Republic, with a focus on project business (C&I and utility-scale projects) • Develop new project customers including EPCs, developers, investors, and utilities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing assigned customers • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signature, delivery coordination, and payment collection • Lead customer enquiries through to commercial closure and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into firm orders • Draft and execute sales plans aligned with regional targets, project pipelines, and market strategy • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contractual terms in line with company policies and risk management requirements • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to ensure successful project execution and delivery • Manage customer portfolios including sales forecast collection, order pipeline tracking, and risk control related to delivery schedules and payment security • Collect and analyse market, policy, and competitor information to support strategic planning and market positioning • Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, negotiations, and customer activities to the Country Sales Manager • Support brand promotion through trade fairs, conferences, technical seminars, and customer events • Maintain strong communication and alignment with headquarters functional teams to support operational and commercial objectives

• Manage permitting and interconnection processes for residential solar projects • Coordinate with U.S. utilities, local authorities, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and industry best practices • Support project managers in tracking and completing solar installations
• Drive localized business development and market expansion for energy storage solutions across Poland. • Lead market development, customer acquisition & development and end-to-end full-cycle project closure to achieve annual sales targets while building a regional sales network. • Collaboratively with company's PV sales to maintain customer relationships and expanding sales channels. • Identifying upsell opportunities (expansion, EMS upgrades) and drive cross-selling of integrated solutions. • Localized Brand Promotion, attending regional trade shows. • Organize customer factory visits and technical seminars. • Cooperate with the overseas promotion of products and brands in the region, participate in industry exhibitions and forums.
• Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and PV modules in the BeNeLux market • Focus on account development, new customer acquisition, and market expansion • Actively manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities for both ESS and PV module solutions • Own end-to-end sales activities for assigned customers, including commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and after-sales coordination • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers • Collect and analyse market intelligence related to energy storage and solar markets • Coordinate closely with presales, HQ counterparts, logistics, operations, and service teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful project execution
• Maintain full ownership of assigned strategic accounts, including relationship management, long-term account planning, and revenue growth • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building trust with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with customer objectives • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions, manage contract execution, and resolve complex issues • Develop and implement account strategies to grow share of wallet, increase customer satisfaction, and secure repeat business • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategies • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track account performance, and report progress to management • Lead customer events, site visits, and executive meetings to strengthen strategic partnerships • Identify and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs and drive long-term collaboration
• Contribute to regional sales and marketing strategies for ESS and PV modules in the Northern European market • Actively manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities for both ESS and PV module solutions • Own end-to-end sales activities for assigned customers, including commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and after-sales coordination • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers • Collect and analyse market intelligence (competitors, pricing, regulations, customer needs) related to energy storage and solar markets • Support brand positioning and market presence through customer engagement and industry activities • Coordinate closely with presales, HQ counterparts, logistics, operations, and service teams to ensure accurate solution design, smooth order execution, and high customer satisfaction
• Support and manage PV sales opportunities from early-stage development through contract signature • Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and other key stakeholders • Participate in contract negotiations with customers under guidance of senior sales leadership • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German PV projects market • Contribute to regional sales strategy execution and marketing initiatives • Coordinate closely with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting
• Drive localized market development and business expansion for ESS solutions in South-East Europe • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signature, and payment collection • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, including developers, EPCs, IPPs, utilities, and industrial customers • Collaborate closely with PV Sales teams to maintain customer relationships, expand sales channels, and enable cross-selling of integrated PV + ESS solutions • Identify upsell opportunities such as system expansion, EMS upgrades, and additional services • Build and maintain a strong regional sales network and pipeline to achieve annual sales targets • Support localized brand promotion by attending regional trade shows, industry exhibitions, and forums • Organize customer factory visits, technical seminars, and solution presentations in coordination with Technical and HQ teams • Monitor market developments, policies, and subsidy schemes related to utility energy storage in Italy and Balkan region • Coordinate with HQ and overseas teams on product promotion, technical alignment, and strategic initiatives
